Cross-disciplinary scientific inquiry into motivation and life satisfaction has resulted in an inclusively defined discipline called the 'Science of Happiness'.
From this inquiry comes the Happiness Formula: H = S + C + V.
Happiness = biological Set point + life Conditions + Voluntary actions 
Our training methodology is named '50ten40' after the ratio of the formula components. Fifty percent of life satisfaction is genetic, ten percent life conditions and forty percent is the result of learned behavior.
